Terms & Conditions

Clients are encouraged to provide a minimum of two (2) weeks' notice for all projects.

Projects requested with less than two weeks' notice may incur a Rush Booking Fee of $75.

All design packages include the number of revisions specified within the selected package.

Additional revisions beyond those included are billed at:

Major redesigns or scope changes may require a new project quote.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

DylVisuals reserves the right to showcase completed projects for promotional and portfolio purposes unless a written confidentiality agreement is executed prior to project commencement.

Due to the custom nature of creative services:

• Deposits are generally non-refundable.
• Completed work is non-refundable.
• Partial refunds may be considered at DylVisuals' sole discretion.

If a client becomes unresponsive for 30 consecutive days, the project will be considered inactive.

DylVisuals reserves the right to archive project files and may require a restart fee to resume work.

By booking services, making payment, or otherwise engaging DylVisuals, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
