Inquiry & Discovery
Every project starts with a conversation. You submit an inquiry through my contact form or reach out directly, and I schedule a discovery call to understand your brand goals, visual direction, and project scope.

- ★ Package selection: Base, Package 1–5, or Content Day add-on
- ★ Rush booking available for 48–72 hour scheduling ($75 fee)
Concept Development
Once we lock direction, the creative work begins. For design projects, I develop concepts and professional layouts. For logo work, I align on direction and begin vector or 3D modeling. For photography, I plan creative direction and location or studio setup.

- ★ Concept sketches, 3D modeling, or shot list planning
- ★ Timeline and deliverable checklist confirmation
Revisions & Refinement
This is where your feedback shapes the final piece. Every package includes defined revision rounds, and I work closely with you to lock the final still, motion timing, or photo selects. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are available at $25 each.

- ★ 3D & Motion packages: flexible timing and motion adjustments
- ★ Full Brand Suite: comprehensive revisions across all deliverables
Final Delivery & Support
Your files are prepped and exported in every format you need — optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, web, and print. I also provide guidance on implementing motion assets across platforms, and ongoing Content Day support is available at $25/hr.

Policies & Communication
Rescheduling
A $75 fee applies for less than 24 hours' notice or same-day cancellations. I recommend booking with buffer time to avoid rush fees.
Overtime
Sessions extending beyond the scheduled scope are billed at $25/hr in 60-minute increments. I'll always communicate before additional time accrues.
Communication
All project communication is handled via email at [email protected] and Instagram @dylanriveraw. Response time is typically within 24 hours.
